The highly skilled Heritage Cast Iron pattern makers have reproduced faithfully the design for the Colwyn Gate from photographs taken of antique Iron examples found close to the town of Galashiels in the Scottish Borders.
The original drawings of these stunning cast iron design examples can be found in the Macfarlane Castings Catalogue of 1882, Pattern number 809 which have served to create a masterpiece in Cast Iron design that is simply unmatched in other collections available in the US today.
Our team of pattern makers reproduced this gate from photographs taken of antique examples near Galashiels in the Scottish Borders. The Colwyn Gate is reproduced with the homeowner in mind and will create an elegant entry for any traditional cottage or garden.
Our Colwyn Collection of pedestrian gates are pre-primed and undercoated for their final coat after installation. CAD drawings are available on request.
